You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives within their community.

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma or above in Health & Social Care
• Good understanding of working with individuals with a learning disability and autism
• Commitment to providing quality care and support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, compassion and a motivational attitude at all times
• A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work
• Competent IT knowledge and computer skills
• No previous experience or qualifications are required. When you join, you’ll receive advanced training from our exclusive Training Academy where you’ll learn how to deliver high quality support.
