Overview

Full time and part time opportunities available. Develop and grow as a Positive Behaviour Support Worker with Swanton Community Services Team in Maidstone.

You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role.

We are looking for a positive behaviour support workers to join Swanton Community Services.

Experience in PBS would be beneficial however, you will receive in-depth in-house training and support within your role.

This role is dedicated to delivering positive, person-centred outcomes for adults and young people with complex care needs who rely on our services.

Your proven experience…
  • Health and social care, with a minimum of a Level 2 NVQ
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with service users, their circle of support and colleagues
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Good IT skills
  • The role is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references & an enhanced DBS check.
