This role combines health coaching (full NHS-accredited training provided) with employment support. You'll work with participants one-to-one, helping them improve their wellbeing, build confidence, develop CVs, prepare for interviews, and explore job opportunities. You'll also work alongside healthcare professionals and employers to remove barriers and promote inclusive workplaces.

This is a great role for graduates who want to start a career in health, wellbeing, psychology, social sciences, sports science, or employability services. We\'re looking for people who are:

• Empathetic, supportive, and motivated to help others succeed.
• Confident communicators who can build relationships quickly.
• Organised and able to manage different priorities.
• Interested in health, wellbeing, and employment support.
• Experience in coaching, volunteering, or support work is helpful but not essential — full training is provided.
• You must have a degree related to health, wellbeing, psychology, social sciences, sports science, or medical field.
