Job summary
A well-known retail brand is seeking a part-time Concession Merchandiser for 4 stores in Hull. The role involves travel to various locations, ensuring the concession shop is well-stocked, valid deliveries, and implementing merchandising strategies. You will also lead and train a team while regularly updating management on performance. This position promotes diversity and welcomes applications from all backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Recover, replenish and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits.
- Validate all the carton deliveries from the Distribution Centre.
- Implement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines.
- Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor.
- Ensure promotions and 'sale' are in line with operational requirements.
- Organize extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom).
- Check style numbers in concession system to ensure scanning properly.
- Lead and train partner team by example demonstrating good product knowledge.
- Provide regular updates on performance of concessions.
