If so, at eXPD8, we're looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in Morrisons Reddish in the SK5 7AA area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on behalf of exciting household name brands. Please note that although you will be based in one area, there are work opportunities across a variety of different stores.

You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:

This role will involve work across a variety of categories including: general merchandising such as books, gift cards, and cosmetics.

Confirmed working days/hours: 4 hours

Monday 9:00am-12:00pm (10:00am sync for some calls)

Thursday 9:00am-11:00am

There are weeks when it will be 4 hours and weeks when it's 5 hours, depending on calls.

Plus ad hoc work as interested and agreed!

• Compliance and Standards: You'll know and stick to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidance. You'll follow and implement planograms, where provided, to ensure consistency and compliance with standards.
• Product Placement and Replenishment: You'll arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and offers.
• Strong communication and relationship building: You'll build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers. You'll provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams via our feedback application, acting as the eyes and ears in the stores!

• Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take ownership of your work within set time frames and use your initiative to find solutions.
• Pride in delivering high standards and service for our clients.
• Willingness to do manual handling, moving and arranging products from warehouse to shopfloor.
• Willingness to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items (paid extra).
• Confidence using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
• A full UK driving license and access to a car are required.
