Rate: £16 per hour

Contract: Temp to Perm

Nuco Solutions are seeking an experienced Decorator for a leading Housing Association in the Yeovil area. This temp to perm role involves high‑quality decorating and finishing works across occupied and void social housing properties, including damp and mould treatment works.

Role Responsibilities
  • Internal and external painting and decorating
  • Preparing surfaces, including filling, sanding, and stripping old finishes
  • Applying paints, varnishes, and wallpapers to a high standard
  • Carrying out damp and mould treatment works, ensuring properties are left safe and compliant
  • Working in occupied homes with excellent tenant‑facing skills
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with health & safety guidelines
Requirements
  • Proven experience in painting and decorating
  • Experience in social housing desirable
  • Knowledge of damp and mould treatment procedures
  • Full UK Driving Licence (van and fuel card provided)
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
