Job summary
A community complex care provider in the UK is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their award-winning team. This role offers a salary of up to £50,000 per annum and sociable working hours, primarily Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include leading the delivery of personalized care packages, managing a team of carers, and utilizing complex clinical skills. Responsibilities
- Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs.

- Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care, and seizure management.
- Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families.
