A life-science software company in London seeks a Field Application Scientist II to support clients in adopting their automation platform. The ideal candidate will have a PhD or relevant Master's degree and hands-on laboratory experience, particularly in drug discovery. This hybrid role includes up to 40% travel throughout the UK and Europe. The company offers a friendly work culture, health benefits, and a hybrid work model.
Compensation: £50K - £55K (plus variable commission and equity offering)

Our Professional Services team acts as a trusted technical partner on client journeys. You will be both teacher and pillar of support, with in-depth, technical understanding of the Synthace platform to maximize value, drive adoption of the software, the Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology, and automation.
As a Field Application Scientist II, you will be the clients\' go-to expert in automation and DOE, helping them maximize benefits of Synthace by guiding them through configuration, adoption, and optimization. You will:

Travel expectations: This role includes travel up to ~40% of your time, mainly in the UK, Europe, and the US. Occasionally travel further may be required.
