This role sits at the very start of the sales cycle and is ideal for someone who enjoys research, data analysis, and uncovering high-quality business opportunities. - Identify and qualify new business opportunities using AI tools, online databases, professional networks, and research platforms.
- Conduct in-depth research into organisations, including size, structure, capabilities, and market positioning.
- Clean, process, and maintain large volumes of lead and account data to ensure CRM accuracy.
- Provide prioritised lead lists, account intelligence, and research insights to support business development activity.
- Source and verify key contact information, including decision-makers and direct contact details.
- Evaluate product categories, operational needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Monitor market news and global developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Produce clear reports, summaries, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining high-quality data (desirable).
