A local government organization in the UK is seeking an exceptional Assistant Director (Digital & Product) to lead digital transformation initiatives. The role involves providing strategic leadership across digital services, managing product delivery, and embedding agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in digital programme management and be adept at influencing senior stakeholders. Salary: £87,000 per annum plus excellent benefits

Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37 hours per week
