  • Translate this vision into well‑structured epics and user stories with actionable acceptance criteria, ensuring the team understands priorities and desired outcomes.
  • Champion customer needs and ensure product decisions align with company strategy.
  • Develop, prioritise, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Lead backlog refinement, support estimation, manage trade‑offs, and balance short‑term delivery with long‑term goals.
  • Partner closely with UI/UX, Scrum teams, and fellow Product Owners to ensure alignment across products and dependencies.
  • Facilitate continuous feedback loops with customers and stakeholders through frequent delivery and communication.
  • Drive release planning, set expectations for new functionality, and participate in system demos and acceptance activities.
Working Hours

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle and agile ways of working.
  • Technical awareness and familiarity with industry standards and best practices.

  • Good overall digital skills, including Microsoft Office, and a working understanding of software development.
  • Product Owner or agile certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM).
  • Ongoing engagement in agile learning (training, communities, self‑study).
