A leading healthcare organization in North Wales is seeking to recruit assistants to support registered nurses in delivering patient care. Candidates should have NVQ 2 or equivalent, a passion for helping others, and the ability to maintain patient dignity. This role involves preparing the ward, assisting patients with their hygiene, and ensuring a safe environment for mealtimes.
To assist registered nurses deliver evidence based care to patients/clients, working in partnership with other health care professionals, the patient their family and carers.
Deliver patient care as documented in the nursing care plan. Carry out a wide range of duties under the under the supervision for periods the period of the shift.
