Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering our ambitious L&D strategy. Working with our dynamic L&D and wider People teams, you will design and implement impactful learning experiences that empower Analysys Mason team members to thrive at every stage of their careers.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead key initiatives, from shaping and delivering a cutting-edge Senior Leadership Development programme to enhancing our learning management system (LMS) and designing new internal training offerings.

This is a hybrid role where you will meet with your team in the London office at least twice a week.
