Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant knowledge of Circet Client Contracts is advantageous.
  • Experience in a high-pressure, dynamic environment is required.
  • Overview understanding of contracts in Telecom, Rail, and Electric is vital.
  • Ability to deliver training and accreditation to a high standard is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize training numbers by collaborating with internal teams to plan and execute training strategies.
  • Deliver paperwork to Admin in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure training centers have the correct materials for training.
  • Support training Admin teams in achieving training targets.
  • Work with partners to ensure compliance and a skilled workforce.
  • Support managers to ensure a unified approach to compliance and training.
  • Willing to deliver training or accreditations at various sites.
  • Willing to travel nationally to meet training demands.

Circet UK are looking for an Assessor/Trainer to join our growing team in Scotland!

The Lead Trainer and Assessor will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that promote safe behaviour in the workplace. This role involves engaging employees and build partners at all levels to foster a culture of safety through awareness, education, and continuous improvement in safety practices. The trainer will use a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, and behavioural science to encourage positive safety habits.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Ensure we maximize training numbers working closely with internal teams to plan & execute a training strategy and deliver targets.

  • Ensure any paperwork is delivered to Admin in a timely and professional manner.

  • Ensure the training centres are equipped with the correct material to undertake training.

  • Support training Admin teams in delivering training numbers.

  • Work with all internal and external partners to drive compliance and ensure we have a skilled workforce.

  • Support Contract Managers and Project Managers to ensure a unified approach to compliance and training numbers.

  • Willing to deliver training or accreditations at our other training sites and client job locations

  • Be willing to travel nationally to ensure training demands are met.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or relevant knowledge of Circet Client Contracts would be a distinct advantage.

  • Experience of working in a high-pressured, dynamic environment.

  • Overview understanding on different contracts such as Telecom, Rail and Electric.

  • Ability to deliver training and accreditation to a high standard.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational & planning skills.

  • Effective time management skills.

  • Proven ability to work effectively without direct supervision is essential.

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
