Overview

Business travel consultants - Out of hours. Required for this global TMC. The role is homebased. They are looking for 2 Out of hours business travel consultants with Sabre experience. Salary up to 41k plus benefits. Shifts listed below but some flexibility will be required.

Responsibilities

• Working out of hours, answering calls and emails from clients in a polite, efficient, and professional manner. Dealing with both UK and US clients
• Offering expert advice in all aspects of travel
• Maintain the outstanding level of customer service provided by the ‘day’ team
• Work as part of an efficient team, communicating effectively both internally and externally
• To issue, re-issue and perform re-calculations of international and domestic airfares using Sabre
• Sourcing the best and most cost-effective worldwide routes booking all flights, rail, hotel and all ground product

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous Out of hours experience is ideal but not essential
• Knowledge of Sabre is essential
• Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Possess good geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines
• Be on the pulse with world events and likely travel implications

Additional information

• They are looking for 2 people
• Shifts: Sat-Sun 8pm to 8am; Mon-Tue 8pm to 8am; Thurs 6pm to 12 midnight; Fri 6pm to 12 midnight
