Responsibilities
- Creating proposals for new accounts and working with Bid Writers to bring in new business
- Building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders associated with their accounts
- Managing all enquiries for specific accounts, including tutors, schools, and parents
- Attending and leading meetings with account contacts
- Ensuring termly KPI's are met and exceeded where possible
- Managing costings and funding for each account
- Evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring progress of each account and tutor
- Recruiting and onboarding tutors and conducting assessments
- Providing support for tutors with all aspects of the role
- Processing tutor documentation for each contract
Qualifications
- Are you an excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships?
- Do you have a passion for education and closing the inequality gap?
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to engage and work collaboratively
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and statistical skills
- Excellent business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality content
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Understanding of curriculum and education, including special educational needs
- 2+ years' experience of account/relationship management
