Pub Overview

A fabulous refurbishment will transform the Prince of Wales into a premium establishment. The Prince of Wales is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team.

This is your opportunity to run a ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. You can rest assured knowing that we do the detail, so you can Think Bigger.

If you’ve got the talent to manage a team, deliver great service, and know your local community, this is your chance to build a successful pub business.

The Area

The Prince of Wales is located on Cheam High Street, close to Cheam Station and Nonsuch Park. The pub is in an affluent part of Cheam, on the edge of London suburbs.

Demographics

The pub benefits from being one of five pubs in an area of around 3,946 adults. The customer base is a good mix of locals, with the highest percentage being 35+ and of mid to high affluence.
