Pub Overview
The Crown is located in the village of Arford close to South Downs. The pub is surrounded by rural housing and has a lovely country feel.
Demographics: The pub benefits from being the only pub in the village which has a population of around 1,500 adults. The customer base is made up of mainly experienced professionals and the retired that are reasonably affluent.
The Offer: Available on our foundation tenancy agreement. The potential of this pub lies in developing a well thought out food offer.
