An exciting opportunity for a seasoned Product Designer with a passion for design systems and UI optimization to lead in shaping a unified, scalable experience for a well-established SaaS platform. This fully remote role is within a high-performing squad focused on improving performance, scalability, and user experience, offering the chance to build something foundational that impacts the wider tech business.

• A design lead with experience in design ops and systems, owning scalable component libraries
• Thrives in messy environments, can manage inconsistency, identify inefficiencies, and bring order through design
• Strong product fundamentals, defining core UX patterns, balancing short-term improvements with long-term vision
• Collaborative, confident working with senior engineers and product partners to ensure successful system implementation and adoption
• Detail-oriented UI specialist motivated to create a cohesive, scalable design language

• Systems thinker and Figma expert, skilled in building scalable component libraries, streamlining UI, ensuring accessibility, and partnering with engineers
• Building and linking component libraries in Figma to real components
• Leading UI audits, pattern consolidation, and design clean-up for consistency
• Collaborating with front-end engineers on system components across platforms
• Working in agile teams to establish a cohesive design language

• Full remote flexibility within the UK, with occasional team meetups/travel
