A leading retail consultancy in South Hams is seeking a dynamic leader to bridge the gap between the Executive Committee and retail teams. This high-impact role involves influencing strategy and driving operational excellence in stores. Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within retail or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Act as the link between Executive Committee and retail teams.
- Shape strategy, systems, and processes for operational excellence.
- Spend time in stores to drive best practice.
