Qualifications

• Experience in energy storage or hybrid systems.
• Understanding of electrical systems and specifications.
• Strong customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales and rental teams for equipment use.
• Provide 2nd line customer support for technical queries.
• Support engineers in installation and maintenance.

Skills

Background in generators, plant hire, BESS, energy storage or hybrid systems

Knowledge of electrical installations and system loading

Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills

Flexible and able to work remotely

IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office or similar tools
