Our client is looking for a self-motivated hunter-gatherer Finance Broker/Salesperson with experience in any of:

• Invoice discounting
• Asset-based lending (ABL)
• Asset Finance
• Cashflow finance/commercial loans
• May consider other business finance sectors but NOT consumer cars or personal finance

Salary: Negotiable, with significant earning potential through a high commission structure

Your expertise in invoice discounting, asset-based lending (ABL), asset finance, or commercial loans could lead to an exceptional opportunity with them.

• You must have a proven track record in generating a minimum of £10,000 in monthly commission, with a target of £15,000 desirable.
• Experienced employed Broker currently earning 10 - 30% commission seeking to significantly increase income potential.
• Strong hunting and relationship-building skills to develop new business opportunities.
• Familiarity with various financing options beyond consumer cars and personal finance.
• Comfort with a hybrid work model or fully remote setup, with options for office space in Northampton or Birmingham.

• Competitive employed commission scheme, with potential earnings exceeding £15,000 per month.
• 50% commission on monthly earnings of £7,000 to £15,000; 70% commission for earnings over £15,000.
• Access to an extensive range of funding lines, including prestigious partnerships with companies like Lloyds and Lombard.
• Comprehensive ongoing support from a dedicated Broker support team of ten.
• Marketing assistance and some leads provided to help you kickstart your business growth.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, focusing on their diverse financing needs.
• Develop tailored funding solutions across various finance sectors, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Leverage their industry-leading access to funding lines to maximise client opportunities.
• Engage in collaborative team discussions to enhance knowledge and gather insights on complex finance scenarios.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the finance process.
