Our client is looking for a self-motivated hunter-gatherer Finance Broker/Salesperson with experience in any of:

• Invoice discounting
• Asset-based lending (ABL)
• Asset Finance
• Cashflow finance/commercial loans
• May consider other business finance sectors but NOT consumer cars or personal finance

Salary: Negotiable, with significant earning potential through a high commission structure

• You must have a proven track record in generating a minimum of £10,000 in monthly commission, with a target of £15,000 desirable.
• Experienced employed Broker currently earning 10 - 30% commission seeking to significantly increase income potential.
• Strong hunting and relationship-building skills to develop new business opportunities.
• Familiarity with various financing options beyond consumer cars and personal finance.
• Comfort with a hybrid work model or fully remote setup, with options for office space in Northampton or Birmingham.
