Senior Programmatic Trader - Ad Tech - £40,000-£50,000 (DOE) + 10% bonus + benefits

The Company

My client is a global digital advertising business specialising in data-led programmatic solutions. They deliver high-performance campaigns for major brands across multiple markets, with an emphasis on precision targeting and measurable results.

You’ll be joining a growing trading function within their trading team - a collaborative group that executes, optimises, and analyses digital campaigns across Display, Video, and other programmatic channels.

This is a hands-on role focused entirely on campaign delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders such as client services and product specialists.

The Job
  • End-to-end campaign setup, optimisation, troubleshooting, and reporting in DSPs
  • Manage pacing, budgets, and overall performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Analyse data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights
  • Help improve internal trading processes and performance standards
You
  • 2-4 years' hands-on experience in programmatic campaign delivery
  • Strong DSP knowledge (DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar)
  • Confident troubleshooting technical and performance issues
  • Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns
  • Background must be from agency or ad tech
