A leading recruitment agency is looking for an experienced Working Foreman for a warehouse refurbishment project in West Drayton. The role involves both supervision of the site and participation in hands-on work. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and relevant experience in refurbishment projects. A valid CSCS card is required for this full-time, on-site position.

Job Title: Working Foreman - Warehouse Refurbishment
Location: West Drayton
Duration: 10 Weeks
We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to oversee and contribute to a warehouse refurbishment project in West Drayton. This is a hands-on role, requiring both supervision of trades and direct involvement in tasks on site.
- Day-to-day supervision of site activities, ensuring works are carried out safely and to programme.
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials.
- Carrying out some hands-on tasks, including painting, as required.
- Maintaining site health & safety standards.
- Reporting progress to the Project Manager.
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman or Site Supervisor.
- Background in refurbishment or fit-out projects.
- Willingness to assist with painting and other site tasks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS preferred, First Aid beneficial.
