Overview

Our client is going through a sustained period of growth, driven by several recent, significant business wins. To support this expansion, they are looking to appoint a Production Team Leader to run daily operations, lead a small, skilled team, and drive continuous improvement within a busy manufacturing environment.

This is very much a hands-on leadership role, where you'll play an active part in production while guiding and developing your team to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities

About You
  • Time-served Mechanical Engineer (or equivalent qualification).
