Overview

Job Title: Working Foreman - Warehouse Refurbishment
Location: West Drayton
Duration: 10 Weeks

Description

We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to oversee and contribute to a warehouse refurbishment project in West Drayton. This is a hands-on role, requiring both supervision of trades and direct involvement in tasks on site.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of site activities, ensuring works are carried out safely and to programme.
• Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials.
• Carrying out some hands-on tasks, including painting, as required.
• Maintaining site health & safety standards.
• Reporting progress to the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman or Site Supervisor.
• Background in refurbishment or fit-out projects.
• Willingness to assist with painting and other site tasks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS preferred, First Aid beneficial.
