Overview

Our client is experiencing a sustained period of growth, driven by several recent, significant business wins. To support this expansion, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Assembly Supervisor to take ownership of daily operations, lead a small, skilled team, and drive continuous improvement within a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll not only guide and develop your team but also play an active part in delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan workloads and co-ordinate closely with engineering and supply chain teams.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team to ensure products are manufactured to the highest standard.
  • Support production by being hands-on while looking for opportunities to improve processes and product development.
  • Maintain KPIs and take responsibility for the upkeep and efficiency of facilities.
About You
  • Time-served Mechanical Engineer (or equivalent qualification).
  • Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong communicator with excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and developing people.
