Overview

Electrical Supervisor (Facilities/Minor Works) – Permanent, West Midlands. Commutable from Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester, Nuneaton.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,500 DOE + 42 days Holiday + Training + Progression + Excellent Pension (21%)

Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday) with Flexi-time available

The Role

• Oversee electrical maintenance works on the estate with a mix of domestic, commercial and industrial workload.
• Supervise a team of in-house Electrical Facility Engineers and sub-contractors to ensure Planned and Reactive works are carried out to the right standards.
• Deliver Test and Inspection works and the remedials that follow. The role is predominantly 'hands off' but may require being on the tools on occasion.

• Facilities/Estates Background – ideally minor works
• Electrical Qualifications (18th ed, time served, 2391 etc.)
• Supervisory experience
