You will be the creative engine driving high velocity video ads that convert. This role sits at the crossroads of paid social, AI video production, and constant experimentation. You will ideate, script, produce, and iterate ads that directly improve ROAS, CPI, and hook rate across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
This is a hands on, performance driven role. You will work with AI tools, UGC creators, and freelance editors while collaborating closely with the Growth Manager to keep the paid pipeline full of new and continuously improved creative.
