A housing association in Bristol is seeking a proactive Senior Staircasing Consultant to manage staircasing transactions. This part-time role (22 hours/week until December 2026) requires strong customer service and organisational skills, along with experience in conveyancing. Responsibilities include leading transactions, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer experiences. We're looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Senior Staircasing Consultant to manage and progress all staircasing transactions in conveyancing in line with legal, contractual, regulatory requirements and best practice.
This will be Part Time FTC until 31st December 2026 and offers 22 hours per week, preferably Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
You'll guide shared owners through the staircasing process, providing clear advice and great customer service, while ensuring transactions align with organisational policies and budgets.
You’ll bring great attention to detail, communication skills, and a practical approach to problem‑solving. You're confident managing complex transactions and enjoy helping customers achieve their goals.
