Job summary
A local council is seeking a friendly and reliable Lunch Time Server for Holmer Green First School and Pre-School. This term-time only position involves serving lunch to children, washing trays, and preparing light snacks. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children, be punctual, and able to work in a busy environment. This role starts as soon as possible and offers £12.33 per hour for working hours from 11.15am to 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. Commitment to safeguarding children is essential.
Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a busy environment and have excellent time keeping.
- Ability to use initiative and engage with children effectively.
Responsibilities
- Serve lunch to children during the lunchtime session.
- Wash trays and cutlery after serving.
- Prepare light snacks for the after-school club.
- Monitor food hygiene procedures.
