Role: Communal Services Cleaner. Location: Eastleigh. Pay: £12.60 PAYE inc Holiday Pay or £16.12 per hour Ltd via Umbrella (Weekly pay). Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday.
The Scheme Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various communal areas within housing blocks in Bracknell, Slough, Ascot, and surrounding regions. This role involves an active workload that requires physical stamina and attention to detail, ensuring all residents' environments remain safe and welcoming.
- Cleaning communal areas within residential blocks, including sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and fixtures
- Removing small dumped items and bin bags to designated collection points
- Reporting large items for bulk removal
- Litter picking and carpet cleaning in communal areas
- Driving a van across Bracknell and surrounding areas to facilitate cleaning schedules and waste removal
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards in line with health and safety regulations
- Full UK Driving License (van provided)
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and proactive attitude
- Previous cleaning or facilities maintenance experience (preferred but not essential)
- Access to a company van through the Client
- Competitive pay rate: £12.60 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay) or £16.12 per hour Ltd via Umbrella (weekly pay including access to shopping discounts)
- Contract length: 3 months initially, with a view to permanency after 3 months
