What you'll do:
Deliver high standards of cleaning to ensure a hygienic and fresh environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
Follow cleaning routines while proactively identifying areas needing attention.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and report any incidents, complaints, or compliments promptly.
Communicate politely and professionally with all site users, ensuring excellent customer service.
Support team operations, including training new staff, attending meetings, and covering shifts as needed.
Adhere to Sodexo and client policies, including health, safety, hygiene, and site regulations.
What you'll bring:
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with a polite, professional, and courteous manner.
Maintain a smart appearance in uniform and uphold high standards of personal presentation.
Remain calm and organised under pressure, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Show flexibility in covering shifts for holidays or sickness and adapt to varying workloads.
Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other service lines.
Adhere to site protocols, including emergency procedures and maintaining confidentiality.
