Job summary
A specialist payments organization is seeking a Retailer Payments SME to roll out payment solutions in major retail estates. This long-term contract, which is at least 12 months, requires expertise in retail payments and SCA solutions. The ideal candidate will improve security posture and support operational efficiencies within the payment processing environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in rolling out a payment solution to a retailer or implementing a new payment terminal.
- Understanding of SCA solutions and ability to recommend improvements.
- Knowledge of payment regulation and the payments eco-system.
Responsibilities
- Join their team long term for a minimum 12 month contract.
- Monitor technical performance and recommend enhancements.
- Ensure payment solutions align with new payments architecture.
Skills
We have an urgent requirement for a specialist with experience in rolling out a payment solution to a retailer or has implemented a new payment terminal across a major retail estate, who could join their team long term (a year or perhaps longer).
This is a minimum 12 month contract with possibility of extension
- Retail payments (cards, POS etc.)
- Experience in rolling out a payment solution to a retailer or has implemented a new payment terminal across a major retail estate
- SCA experience, understanding of SCA solutions - monitor technical performance and recommend improvements/enhancements – be aware of industry developments/trends
- Identify operational efficiencies/improve security posture
- Ensure payment solutions move them towards the new payments target architecture
- Understanding of payment regulation and wider payments eco-system including card scheme rules
- Business case support
- Ensure card processing environment documentation is maintained and accurate
- Support ad-hoc payment requests, including risk assessments
