A leading quantum computing company is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support operations at its new R&D Center in Singapore. Key responsibilities include managing office operations, assisting with events, and providing exceptional support to colleagues. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in office management and strong organizational skills. This is an on-site role, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support the launch and ongoing operations of our brand-new R&D Center in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in creating an exceptional workplace experience, supporting our local team, and ensuring seamless collaboration with our global colleagues.
As an Office Manager you will be part of a Global Site Operations team and will play a key role in setting up our new Singapore R&D Center and establishing smooth day-to-day operations. You will support local team members, welcome visiting colleagues and partners, and serve as the main point of contact for office-related matters, facility and vendor management, and services.
Additionally, you will work closely with global counterparts to ensure alignment, share best practices, and meet key milestones; foster a positive and engaging workplace environment through thoughtful coordination of events, team activities, and general office upkeep. You will need to handle ad-hoc tasks with enthusiasm—whether it's ordering supplies, troubleshooting an issue, or organizing a team lunch.
