The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive building surveys, assessing building conditions, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role involves inspecting building structures, preparing reports, and providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders, with a particular focus on external wall systems, fire safety, and structural integrity.
