- Manage positions and maintain market oversight.
- Build and sustain relationships with wholesale customers and corporate clients.
- Lead an Analyst, oversee marketing efforts, represent the company at industry events.
- Execute trades to optimise book value and originate contracts to drive revenue.
- Conduct market analysis and support Origination and Structured Trading teams.
Skills
We are partnered on exciting opportunity for an experienced Power Trader within an established Trading House. This role focuses on Trading and Structuring transactions with corporate, wholesale and industrial clients, collaborating with the wider team across the UK & Europe.
- Manage positions and maintain market oversight.
- Build and sustain relationships with wholesale customers and corporate clients.
- Lead an Analyst, oversee marketing efforts, and represent the company at industry events.
- Execute trades to optimise book value and originate contracts to drive revenue.
- Conduct market analysis and support Origination and Structured Trading teams.
- Experience in trading Renewables/Carbon and/or Gas, Power, Energy Attribute Certificates
- Strong background in marketing commodity products to corporate clients.
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop commercial strategies.
- Established network in European energy markets and expertise in the full deal lifecycle.
- Deep knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including regulations and market fundamentals.
