Job summary
A leading civil engineering consultancy in the UK is seeking Senior Commercial Managers and Commercial Managers to lead commercial operations on significant infrastructure projects. These roles offer a competitive salary starting at £95,000 plus benefits, along with the opportunity to work with top contractors and gain client-side exposure. The ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of NEC contracts and experience in the civil engineering sector, particularly in highways, rail, water, or power.

- Experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Commercial Manager in civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in cost management, commercial strategy, and risk mitigation.
- Exposure to highways, rail, water, or power sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support commercial operations on major civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Manage NEC and other standard contracts, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
- Oversee cost management, forecasting, and project financial reporting.
- Provide commercial advice to project teams, contractors, and clients.
