Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. You will take ownership of multiple CAT B office fit‑out projects, typically ranging from £1.5m - £5m, working closely with Project Managers to ensure robust commercial control pre‑construction through to final account. This role is ideal for a proactive QS who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced fit‑out environment.
