Qualifications

• Consultancy/PQS-side experience is essential.
• Exposure to infrastructure, utilities, or water projects is desirable.
• MRICS status or working towards chartership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
• Supporting the commercial management of civil and infrastructure projects.
• Preparing cost plans, procurement strategies, and risk assessments.
• Assisting with contract administration and reporting.
• Attending client meetings and maintaining client relationships.
• Working collaboratively as part of a growing team.
