A prominent residential developer in the UK is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of residential projects. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects from procurement to completion, ensuring budget adherence and quality delivery. Ideal applicants have significant experience in the residential sector, possess excellent numerical and negotiation skills, and are ready to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. This position offers a competitive salary of £55-£60k plus benefits, based in Ipswich.

Our client is a well-established residential developer/contractor delivering high-quality housing schemes across the region. With a strong pipeline of traditional build, RC frame, and mixed-tenure developments, they are looking to expand their commercial team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a fast-paced residential environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded QS who wants clear responsibility, decision-making authority, and the chance to influence project success from start to finish. You will take ownership of several live residential sites, overseeing the full commercial lifecycle from procurement to final account.
