Our non-executive directors are expert SMEs in tech and industry, supporting us with our market position, winning work, and creating and measuring value & business outcomes.

Support building and executing esynergy strategy:

• Support the leadership team in building and executing our strategy to develop a tech consulting business that measures business value.
• Build relationships with C-suite & senior executives, including high-level pitches, proposals, and supporting understanding and measurement of value and business outcomes.
• Provide strategic consulting and SME expertise in business and technology.
• Offer thought leadership to customers, focusing on industry and the intersection with our offerings.
• Co-create new offerings to help our customers achieve better business outcomes and create value.

What we are looking for:

• Experience and passion for building C-suite relationships, with a strong network in the public sector and familiarity with our service offerings.
• Deep strategic experience across public sector organizations.
• SME expertise in the public sector, ideally including central government departments, GDS principles, and exemplar projects.
• Experience in measuring and understanding value, mapping it back to high-level business outcomes.
• Comfortable creating and delivering thought leadership content.
• Ability to develop new offerings based on business challenges in tech and the public sector.
