We are seeking a motivated M&A Researcher to join our UK office. This is a rare opportunity to enter the world of M&A within the professional services sector, working closely with senior researchers and dealmakers on live, real-world transactions.
You do not need previous M&A experience — full training will be provided. What matters most is curiosity, accuracy, and a genuine interest in business. You’ll learn how practices are valued, how deals are structured, and how strategic acquisitions are planned across the US accounting industry
