Investor Relations Consultant | Polish speaking

Investor Relations at Private Equity Insights

This role offers you the opportunity to expand and nurture our community of key VIP groups such as institutional investors (LPs) and other key stakeholders in the Private Equity Industry. If you want to help define the future of Private Equity, thrive in a fast-paced environment with meaningful responsibility, and enjoy building relationships, you might be our next member of the investor relations team.

Why Private Equity Insights

Private Equity Insights is the world’s largest Private Equity community with 500k followers on LinkedIn, organising a series of 12 global private equity events each year with 2,000+ GPs and 1,000+ LPs among attendees. Private Equity Insights is part of United Media, which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, finance and retail. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

What we offer you

You will have the unique opportunity to take ownership of one of our key business areas. You’ll work in-person in our London HQ and will be regularly challenged to grow. To support your development, we provide:

  • The opportunity to make a real impact—operational experience in a start-up where your work and results are tangible and matter to the business.
  • Inspiration and guidance—a chance to work closely with a high-performing team and with the CEO and founder.
  • Unlimited growth potential within the company—we strongly believe in promoting internally.
  • Travel opportunities to join our conferences overseas.
  • Invaluable transferable skills—boost your interpersonal, research, organisation, outreach and project management skills through experience and training.

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary but are primarily centered around:

  • Identify, maintain and develop long-standing, fruitful relationships with institutional investors who can benefit from our product and network.
  • Facilitate 1:1 meetings with relevant fund managers to align with the LP’s investment strategy.
  • Support the team in delivering exclusive products such as roundtables, panel sessions and VIP receptions, including securing audiences beyond our usual definition of institutional investors (e.g., GPs).

What the future holds with our company

We believe this position lays a foundation for a successful career. We promote internally, and with a track record of internal advancement, many roles are filled from within. Our team has historically seen strong progression into PE, Venture or M&A.

What we expect from you

Please note that this role does not require specific previous work experience as training is provided. We welcome candidates across different levels of experience; however, you must have a UK work permit. We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a relentless drive and desire to be the best at what they do;
  • Demonstrate an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency;
  • Take ownership, are proactive, and follow through on commitments;
  • Are curious about people and enjoy speaking with and nurturing relationships;
  • Are excellent communicators, especially verbally and in writing;
  • Are well-organised and can structure and prioritise work.

Location and schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Sloane Square. We work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year.
