Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation to patients in their homes or community settings. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, including patients with complex needs, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Your expertise will be crucial in promoting patient independence, supporting discharge from hospitals, and contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Previous experience working at Band 5 level
• Ideally, experience working in a community setting
• Driving licence required as this is a community role
