Job summary
A leading UK supermarket is looking for a Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant in Nottingham to provide excellent customer service and support in dispensing medications. You will ensure a friendly environment, monitor OTC sales, and assist with the delivery of various pharmacy services. Applicants should have completed relevant pharmacy training courses and possess strong customer care skills. Responsibilities
- Ensure patients receive a friendly and attentive service.
- Support Over The Counter (OTC) sales and stock replenishment.
- Label and dispense Prescription Only Medicines (POMs).
- Safely hand out prescriptions per pharmacy procedures.
- Help resolve surgery queries.
- Report dispensing errors and near misses.
- Deliver a range of Pharmacy Services.
- Support the Pharmacy Team and Manager with KPIs.
