Our client is a leading financial services company seeking a Legal Counsel to join their highly regarded in-house legal team.

This is a broad and varied in-house position that offers opportunities for progression and development.

Based in London, the company offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

1. Having a background in mortgage, consumer lending, and/or regulatory compliance.
2. Advising the business on legal matters such as property, commercial contracts, data protection, corporate, and employment issues.
3. Possessing post-qualification experience gained in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
4. Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Applying a commercial and business-oriented approach to legal work.

Candidates with at least 2 years PQE are typically suitable; however, applications from candidates with relevant experience outside this range are also welcome.
