In our standalone factories, you’ll join a dedicated team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world‑famous doughnuts, fresh and ready to ship to local stores and supermarket shelves. It’s fast‑paced, hands‑on work where every role plays a key part in our success.

• As Shift Manager, you’ll be the engine that keeps our operations running smoothly. Leading the shopfloor, coaching your team, and keeping every doughnut to Krispy Kreme’s standard of quality, consistency, and safety.
• Lead and motivate teams, ensuring performance targets and quality standards are consistently met
• Champion health & safety, cleanliness and process compliance
• Oversee daily workflow and staffing, acting as the most senior leader on site when required
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of ownership, respect, and kudos

• Proven leadership in a Food Manufacturing or FMCG environment
• A hands‑on people manager with a passion for coaching and development
• Good understanding of continuous improvement principles and production efficiency
• Confident with numbers, data, and digital systems
• Great communicator and team collaborator
