- Master the Details: Juggle complex diaries, inboxes, and communications with clarity, confidence, and precision.
- Plan Like a Pro: Organise high-impact meetings, events, and travel across the UK and beyond.
- Create with Purpose: Craft polished presentations and briefing packs that make a lasting impression.
- Lead with Professionalism: Take accurate minutes, follow up on actions, and represent the Executive Team when hosting visitors.
We’re After Someone Who Brings
- Proven PA Experience: Confidently support senior leaders, with a background working at Director or Executive level.
- Exceptional Organiser & Communicator: Strong communication skills paired with top-tier organisational abilities.
- Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Skilled in minute-taking and proficient across Microsoft Office tools.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Independent thinker with a track record of streamlining admin processes and driving improvements.
